Returns & ExchangesReturns & ExchangesAt LayLine our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products not marked as non-returnable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of product for a complete refund* to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the actual shipping and any handling costs that we may be charged, or for a store credit or exchange. After 14 days, up to 30, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery of product. This applies to all returnable items. *While we try to make sure as many products as possible do not incur a restock fee, we do require a 10% restock fee on the return on some specialty items. See below for details on non-returnable items.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the actual cost of shipping and handling subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:
Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1.800.273-9491. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8 am- 5 pm EST, closed on weekends. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the invoice inside the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange. For your security, please return your merchandise and insure it with a reliable carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and keep your receipt and tracking number. LayLine is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

* Examples of non-refundable items at LayLine are any running or standing rigging. Also any items on sale, custom ordered, or custom embroidered, screen printed, or similar are not returnable.
