Description: Harken Swivel Bases H205 4.5" tall, H150 cleat, uses little ratchet block, good on flat deck boats. H144 5 5/8" tall, H150 cleat, uses 3" ratchet block, good for traveler bar mounting for boats like J24's, J29's and J22, etc... H1574 H280 cleat. Since this base came out we have designed many mainsheeting systems around it for boats 30 to 45 feet.
