Exchanges and Returns

Before you use your new items please make sure the fit is right, and shoes are tried on a non-abrasive surface such as carpet. 
If you are installing hardware or fittings please lay them out before installing them. 
Below are some of the requirements before you exchange or return your item(s).

  ·        Item must be new and unused
·        Item must be return in its original packaging
·        Returns must be accompanied with an original receipt
·        Cut length lines are not returnable
·        Made to order or custom items are not returnable
·        DVD/CD/Videos are not returnable
·        Some items may require a 15% restocking fee
·        Return shipping is your responsibility
